Alternative dispute resolution is the possibility that all consumers have at their disposal of appealing to official entities that help them in resolving, or guiding, a conflict, before resorting to litigation in the Courts.
Law No. 144/2015, of 8 September, determines that suppliers of goods or service providers established in national territory must inform consumers regarding the ODR entities available or to which they are linked by membership or by legal imposition. arising from necessary arbitration, and must also inform the website of the same.
drBox (Quality Academy Lda) has not adhered to any alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
However, we provide the link to access alternative dispute resolution centers, as well as the “ODR Online Dispute Resolution”, created by the EU, to resolve disputes arising from online purchases and initiate an extrajudicial resolution process of litigation.

A resolução alternativa de litígios é a possibilidade que todos os consumidores têm ao seu dispor de recorrer e entidades oficiais que os ajudem na resolução, ou orientação de algum conflito, antes do recurso a processos litigiosos nos Tribunais.
A Lei n.º 144/2015, de 8 de Setembro, determina que os fornecedores de bens ou prestadores de serviços estabelecidos em território nacional devem informar os consumidores relativamente às entidades de RAL disponíveis ou a que se encontram vinculados por adesão ou por imposição legal decorrente de arbitragem necessária, devendo ainda informar qual o sítio eletrónico na internet das mesmas.
A drBox (Quality Academy Lda), não aderiu a nenhum mecanismo de resolução alternativa de litígios.
No entanto disponibilizamos o link para poder aceder aos centros de resolução alternativa de litígios, bem como a “Plataforma ODR Online Dispute Resolution/ RLL", criada pela EU, para dirimir litígios que tenham origem em compras online e iniciar um processo de resolução extrajudicial de litígios.
